implement a few more pybullet methods:

pybullet_applyExternalForce, pybullet_applyExternalTorque, pybullet_setTimeStep,
pybullet_resetBasePositionAndOrientation,
pybullet_getQuaternionFromEuler,
pybullet_getEulerFromQuaternion
