Split examples/SharedMemory/b3RobotSimulatorClientAPI_NoGUI.* and move to examples/SharedMemory/b3RobotSimulatorClientAPI_NoGUI.cpp and examples/SharedMemory/b3RobotSimulatorClientAPI_NoDirect.cpp
