erwin.coumans 97766f45e6 updated MSVC projectfiles: added colladaExport.*, drawUtils.* and BulletColladaConverter, COLLADA_DOM and libxml.
Note: Bullet libs need to be switched to Multithreaded DLL run-time: we should add additional configurations for plugins!
