ejcoumans 6f80b98a67 - fix issue with convex cast: results further away (larger hitfraction) could overwrite closer results
- minor naming convention thing (variables start with lower case)
- renamed MotorDemo
- added ConcaveConvexcastDemo, Thanks John McCutchan (JMC)
