erwin.coumans cffb96c0c9 Added Visual Studio 2008 project files for the AMD OpenCL SDK under Windows 32bit, similar to the NVIDIA OpenCL project files. 
It requires the AMD Stream SDK 2.2 and the ATISTREAMSDKROOT environment variable.
