41a1362bc5 perform IK in local body-fixed frame
For now, Jacobian, mass matrix and inverse dynamics return results in local coordinates of the tree.

c9c837cc67 [WIP] Suppress compiler warnings.
Fix Visual Studio warning C4373: previous versions of the compiler did
not override when parameters only differed by const/volatile qualifiers.
