2162f6663d disable help text by default in AllBulletDemos (text slows down many graphics cards)

d78a46fea2 First MayaPlugin, still need to fix the makefiles and get unique ids for
the Maya nodes.
Got rid of boost dependencies.
Cleaned up mvl library
