7151865c16 Introduce kF_UseGjkConvexCastRaytest, and make kF_UseSubSimplexConvexCastRaytest the default for btCollisionWorld::rayTest See https://github.com/bulletphysics/bullet3/issues/34
Add btCollisionObject::setIgnoreCollisionCheck to disable collisions between specific instances, without having a btTypedConstraint. See https://github.com/bulletphysics/bullet3/issues/165

Make btMultiBody and btMultiBodyJointMotor backwards compatible with Bullet 2.82 API (single-DOF API)

5bd6decb2e Use the more accurate, but slightly slower, gjk ray test by default, instead of the sub-simplex convex cast.
Set the rayCallback.m_flag btTriangleRaycastCallback::kF_UseSubSimplexConvexCastRaytest to enable the previous approximate/faster ray test.

fa2276f1ca add option for slightly more accurate, and slightly slower algorithm for ray versus convex, used in btCollisionWorld::rayTest.
rayResult.m_flags |= btTriangleRaycastCallback::kF_UseGjkConvexRaytest;
See Demos/RaytestDemo/RaytestDemo.cpp for usage
This fixes issue 146, longest outstanding from 2008.

852fa3ba30 add the BT_ prefix for all #ifdef guards, to avoid conflicts with developers own header defines.
Fixes Issue 497

210fe36106 Add backface culling and option to keep unflipped hit normal in case a ray hits a back-facing triangle.
Usage: set RayResultCallback.m_flags to kF_FilterBackfaces, optionally combined with kF_KeepUnflippedNormal.
Thanks Andy O'Neil for the patch!

Remove the force_inline for some internal constraint solver methods, it makes re-use easier.

685138d033 include paths should not be relative starting with "../
It leads to problems with certain compilers, when Bullet/src is located in a long pathname.
Keep include path starting with "LinearMath/, "BulletCollision/, or "BulletDynamics/

e9b21e21a6 Pathnames between #include files that are intended to be used within application code should not depend on the paths to the subdirectories being known to the compiler because this will not always be the case when an end-user includes your headers.
Includes of files in the local hierarchy must not use <...> please stick with "..."

eb23bb5c0c merged most of the changes from the branch into trunk, except for COLLADA, libxml and glut glitches.
Still need to verify to make sure no unwanted renaming is introduced.

0e04cfc806 First stage in refactoring Bullet: moved Bullet Collision and Dynamics and LinearMath into src folder, and all files in Collision Detection and Dynamics have bt prefix.
Made all buildsystems to work again (jam, msvc, cmake)
