allow to compile and run the ExampleBrowser on older Mac OSX versions (without OpenGL3)
...
using the 'NO_OPENGL3' preprocessor definition
both premake/cmake has support for this now
needs some testing

btFixedConstraint now derives from btGeneric6DofSpring2Constraint

add initial examples, replacing the 'Demos/Demos3'. Will make it work cross-platform, OpenGL3/OpenGL2 and add more examples to it.
