erwin.coumans 29bfd06af7 Disable friction warmstarting by default, removing second friction direction. This gives a large performance increase.
friction warmstarting can be turned on using:
dynamicsWorld ->getSolverInfo().m_solverMode |= SOLVER_USE_FRICTION_WARMSTARTING;
