1ca0493dc4 Build full A matrix and b vector for a MLCP solver interface, to explore Lemke, Dantzig, Newton and other MLCP solvers. The A matrix contains sparsity information.
Added a PGS solver that uses the sparsity of the A matrix, just for testing (the equivalent sequential impulse solver is much faster, not having to allocate the big matrices)

7b41af1765 Don't use GLUT by default under Windows, but a Win32 App instead. All demos have to be fixed (only basic demo works now). Also on Mac OSX, we plan to use cocoa instead of Glut. 2010-01-19 22:59:49 +00:00

e89fe1cbfa Make BenchmarkDemo a console application, without OpenGL/Glut dependency.
Fix potential division by zero when enabling convex distance utility.

3ca977e39f Patch by Nathanael Presson: (needs some more work, some of the demos don't show properly (RayCaster, CollisionInterfaceDemo,'g' key is already occupied in ConcaveDemo etc)
btDbvtBroadphase:
- Fixed a performance issues reported by 'reltham'
- Added btDbvtBroadphase::optimize() for people who want good performances right away or don't do dynamics.
- fixed compilation issues when DBVT_BP_PROFILE was set.

btSoftBody:
- Fixed singular matrix issues related to polar decomposition (flat meshes).

DemoApplication:
- Shadows (enable/disable through 'g' or DemoApplication::setShadows(bool)).
- Texture can be enable/disable through 'u'

CDFramework:
- fixed compilation issues.

2db8bfa3d6 Fix (needs more testing) in btRigidBody::setCenterOfMassTransform, assign m_interpolationWorldTransform = xform; instead of m_worldTransform;

Added braking capability to btRaycastVehicle, see Bullet/Demos/VehicleDemo/VehicleDemo.cpp
Added glutKeyboardUpFunc, for vehicle demo (keep accelerating/breaking, until key released/UP). Hope this is compatible with most GLUT implementations.

c4cd297f22 step the simulation 1 frame, so the initial starting position is ok.

ac11a0c06b Did a bit more Collada physics importing work.
Also did a quick workaround to allow different camera UP. This demo stuff really needs to be cleaned up now!
