9acb3d1805 Added some improvements on Bullet serialization:
Introduced generated unique id's, instead of the pointer address to avoid 64bit->32bit truncation issues
Use serializer->getUniquePointer instead of directly using a pointer

moved  ChunkUtils::getNextBlock to bFile::getNextBlock.
Moved 'TEST_BACKWARD_FORWARD_COMPATIBILITY' to bDNA.cpp. Enable the define for further testing of .bullet format
Removed duplicate definitions and use the one in LinearMath/btSerialization.h

40dc18f604 remove Extras/obsolete/quickstep
improve serialization based on feedback: make it easier to serialize a single object, or single shape, or single bvh.
Modified Bullet/Demos/ConcaveDemo to use btSerializer to serialize the btOptimizedBvh (or optionally the trimesh+bvh)

You can also serialize trimesh without BVH, use:
serializer->setSerializationFlags(BT_SERIALIZE_NO_BVH);//	or BT_SERIALIZE_NO_TRIANGLEINFOMAP

e156967762 Enable graphical benchmark by default in cmake
Toggle between point to point and generic 6dof constraint for mouse picking in the demos

Use a 'equal vertex thresdhold' in the btVoronoiSimplexSolver of  0.0001f by default.
This can be disabled (or configured) using defaultCollisionConfiguration->getSimplexSolver()->setEqualVertexThreshold(0.f);

621eddb769 make btHashMap data protected (not private) for easier serialization
move btTriangleInfoMap.h into its own header, into the BulletCollision/CollisionShapes folder
add btTriangleInfoMap pointer to btBvhTriangleMeshShape, so we don't need to use the 'userpointer' anymore
preparation for serialization of btTriangleInfoMap.

bb8d1b11df Add btBroadphaseInterface::aabbTest. btDbvtBroadphase and btAxisSweep3 should perform well, as long as the raycast accelerator is enabled.
This should fix the btCollisionWorld::contactTest(btCollisionObject* colObj, ContactResultCallback& resultCallback);

5907f81774 Add void btCollisionWorld::contactTest(btCollisionObject* colObj, ContactResultCallback& resultCallback);
The user should derive its own class from ContactResultCallback and implement the following callback (similar to the gContactAddedCallback):

4fcea85c01 Changed options to BT_TRIANGLE_CONVEX_BACKFACE_MODE ,BT_TRIANGLE_CONCAVE_DOUBLE_SIDED and BT_TRIANGLE_CONVEX_DOUBLE_SIDED.
Note that double sided options are experimental, single sided is recommended, and backfacing is default

099c36a71e Add a new flag btCollisionObject::CF_DISABLE_VISUALIZE_OBJECT to give control over what objects are drawn using the debug drawer
This solves Issue 238 , thanks to  Linzner for the suggestion
Remove some warnings from GL_DialogDynamicsWorld.

c26f5e4b6e apply patch to allow soft body rayTest. Minor change in patch: test for current hitfraction, so only report hits closer than current closest hit fraction.

fcd2b93a22 fix in box-box contact generation: choose better contact point location (along contact normal) when objects are swapped.
move debugDrawWorld to btCollisionWorld.
improved CollisionInterfaceDemo, show how to perform a closest point query for objects that are not in the collision world.
removed a bit of garbage from the debug drawer

703582f4fa apply fix for btAcosf/btAsinf (numerical issue causes values of X become slightly larger than 1 or smaller than -1, causing NaNs)
manually add some missing files to msvc projectfiles for now
fix in box-box collision detector, preventing it to fail in some rare cases
remove redundant line in btHingeConstraint, thanks to teravus
fix mouse drag camera rotation issue (modulo 360 instead of 180)

3da9c832ae Initialize the world transform to identity for btCollisionObject/btRigidBody.
Some developers only initialize the world position, and not the orientation -> uninitialized data. 

We should probably add some warning in btTransform, in debug mode. Note we don't initialize btTransform/btQuaternion/btVector3/btMatrix3x3 default constructor, for performance reasons.

49a0b479c6 Switch off an optimization by default, to avoid support burden: update all objects AABBs and not just the active objects.
Call world->setForceUpdateAllAabbs( false) to re-enable the optimization: it will only update active objects (skipping static geometry)

659b215a69 Override btCollisionWorld::addCollisionObject with flags more appropriate for btDynamicsWorld (StaticFilter)
Minor fixes (#ifndef SPU_COLLISION_OBJECT_WRAPPER_H block etc)
Only update 'setNumTasks' when necessary
Revert vectormath.h include (can't resolve conflicts with PS3 SDK, need additional #include path)
